
Lost connection
Use the following table to help you troubleshoot network and server connection problems you might encounter while submitting your content to Apple.
Problem | Solution | Notes |
---|---|---|
Network connection lost | You do not need to do anything. Transporter restores the network connection. | Once the network connection is restored, Transporter automatically restarts all verification and delivery activity. |
Server connection lost | Transporter attempts to restore the server connection. If Transporter cannot restore the server connection, the package file remains in the Active list and a Restart button appears. | After you restore the server connection, click the Restart button to restart all verification and delivery activity. If clicking Restart does not solve the problem, remove the package file, re-add the package file and try again. |
Notes:
Transporter also re-establishes any queued package files.
Once the connection is re-established and Transporter clears the error banner at the top of the window, you can restart verification and delivery activity.
You must be connected to a power source when delivering content.
