Trouble signing in to iCloud.com
If you have trouble signing in to iCloud.com, try any of the following.
Note: Web-only access to iCloud.com is not supported using a web browser on a phone. If you have a web-only account, go to iCloud.com from a web browser on a computer or tablet to access iCloud features. To learn more about web-only access, see the Apple Support article Web-only access to iCloud.
When typing your password, make sure the Caps Lock key is not on (passwords are case-sensitive).
Make sure you are entering the email address and password for the Apple ID you use with iCloud.
If you cannot remember your password, or you see a message that your account has been disabled for security reasons (which might happen if someone tried and failed to sign in multiple times), you need to change your password. See Change your Apple ID email, password or profile picture.
Note: In some locations, you can use a phone number instead of an email address as your Apple ID.
