Change Restrictions preferences in iTunes on PC
In the iTunes app on your PC, use the Restrictions pane in iTunes preferences to restrict or prevent access to the iTunes Store, shared libraries, and certain types of content. For computers with multiple user accounts, you can set different controls for specific users but still allow unrestricted access from administrator accounts.
To change these preferences, choose Edit > Preferences, then click Restrictions.
Note: Before making changes, if the lock at the bottom left is locked 
, click the lock and type your administrator password.
