Support for the ECG app, irregular rhythm notification feature, and AFib History in beta release

The ECG app, irregular rhythm notification feature, and AFib History are no longer supported in the beta release installed on your device.

To regain access to these features, update your Apple Watch and iPhone to the latest available beta release. You can also remove the current beta profile and update to the latest version of iOS and watchOS.
