How to enroll in the Apple Card Customer Assistance Program

On your iPhone, iPad, or Mac

  1. Click this link to contact Apple Card Support and learn about the Customer Assistance Program.
  2. A pre-written message opens in the Message app.
  3. Tap the send button .

In the Wallet app

  1. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap Apple Card.
  2. Tap the more button .
  3. Tap Message , then enter something like, "I would like to learn more about the Customer Assistance Program."
  4. Tap the send button .

If the steps above didn't work, make sure that you're signed in to iMessage with your Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Then try again.

What happens to my next payment?

If you successfully enroll, confirmation is sent to the email address associated with your Apple ID.

  • If you set up scheduled payments, those payments are automatically adjusted.
  • If you haven't scheduled a payment, the minimum payment amount shown on your payment wheel reflects any Customer Assistance Program credits. You can continue to use the payment wheel and the Pay Now or Pay Later buttons to make one-time payments.
