Switch to a different subscription plan

You can switch your Apple subscription to a different type, such as a monthly plan, annual plan, or student plan.

Switch your subscription plan on the web

  1. Go to account.apple.com and sign in to your Apple Account.

  2. Select the subscription that you want to change.

  3. Select See All Plans. If the option to manage the subscription on the web isn't available, select Continue on Device.

  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

You can also cancel your subscription. If your new subscription includes Family Sharing, learn how to add a family member to your subscription.

Switch your subscription plan on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro

  1. In Settings, tap your name.

  2. Tap Subscriptions.

  3. Tap the subscription that you want to change.

  4. Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

  1. In the App Store, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Or, click the Sign In button and sign in to your Apple Account.

  2. On the page that appears, click Subscriptions.

  3. Click the subscription that you want to change.

  4. Click See All Plans. Then, follow the instructions on the screen to complete your purchase.

Switch your subscription plan on a Windows PC

  1. Open the Apple Music app or Apple TV app.

  2. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Or, click Sign In and sign in to your Apple Account.

  3. Click View My Account. You might need to sign in to your Apple Account first.

  4. Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.

  5. Next to the subscription that you want to change, click Edit.

  6. Choose a different subscription plan, then follow the onscreen instructions.
