How to send your Apple Vision Pro to Apple using Express Replacement Service
With AppleCare+ Express Replacement Service, you can replace your Apple Vision Pro Enclosure, Audio Straps, battery, or power cable. Use the following process to pack and ship your device to Apple.
After you contact Apple for service, you receive a replacement product with instructions to return your original product to Apple.
Return your device so that Apple receives it within 10 days of the day your replacement device was shipped to you by Apple (check your ship date).
Prepare your Apple Vision Pro
Remove Activation Lock and erase your data.
Pack your Apple Vision Pro for return
Disconnect the power cable and battery from the Audio Strap.
Remove the head band from your Vision Pro and place it in a safe location. If you include extra items in the box, we won't be able to return them to you.
Pull the Light Seal and Light Seal Cushion straight off the Enclosure, then place them in a safe location.
If you have ZEISS Optical Inserts, remove them and place them in a safe location.
Place Apple Vision Pro cover glass-side down into the insert. Then slide the insert into the outer box with the middle section facing down.
Place the battery in the tray.
Wrap the power cable around the outer channel.
Place the tray on top of the Enclosure in the outer box.
Close the outer box.
Seal the box with tape and mail the box to Apple.* If there is a battery sticker pasted on the outside of the box, please make sure the battery sticker is not obstructed.

Ship your Apple Vision Pro to Apple
Find the name of the courier on the return shipping label.
Visit the courier’s website to schedule a pickup or find a drop-off location.
Get a receipt from the courier.
Don’t leave your package in a courier drop box.
If Apple does not receive your original device within 10 days, or if Apple technicians find that your original device is ineligible for service or for any reason not covered by an active AppleCare+ plan, youʼll be charged the full value of the replacement device.
