How many computers you can install Final Cut Pro on
The Final Cut Pro license agreement states:
You have the right to use the Apple Software as permitted by the Services and Content Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (https:// www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/) (“Usage Rules”), and are granted a limited, non- transferable, non-exclusive license: (i) to download, install, use and run for personal, non-commercial use, one (1) copy of the Apple Software directly on each Apple-branded computer running macOS (“Mac Computer”) that you own or control; and (ii) if you are a commercial enterprise or educational institution, to download, install, use and run one (1) copy of the Apple Software for use either: (a) by a single individual on each of the Mac Computer(s) that you own or control, or (b) by multiple individuals on a single shared Mac Computer that you own or control. For example, a single employee may use the Apple Software on both the employee’s desktop Mac computer and laptop Mac computer, or multiple students may serially use the Apple Software on a single Mac Computer located at a resource center or library.

Commercial use of the royalty-free content that comes with Final Cut Pro and Motion
The Final Cut Pro and Motion 5 software license agreements state:
Except as otherwise provided, you may use the Apple and third party audio file content (including, but not limited to, the built-in sound files, samples and impulse responses) (collectively the “Sample Content”), contained in or otherwise included with the Apple Software, on a royalty-free basis, to create your own original soundtracks for your film, video and audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own soundtracks that were created using the Sample Content, however, individual files may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as clipart, stock animation, audio samples, sound files or music beds.
