Publish

A parameter option that can be saved with a Final Cut Effect, Transition, Title, or Generator template to include the parameter’s user interface control (a slider, dial, checkbox, and so on) in the Final Cut Pro inspector. Publishing parameters lets you decide how much control (if any) a Final Cut Pro user has over modifying a Motion template.
