What's included with AppleCare Services
Coverage for accidental damage. If you drop your device or accidentally damage it with liquid, you can get help. Repairs are made by Apple-authorized experts using genuine Apple parts. Get service at Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers.
Priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone. You can get help with questions about Photos, Messages, and more.
Your plan might offer additional services, such as coverage for lost or stolen devices. Check with your mobile carrier or reseller for more information.

If you bought a device protection plan that includes AppleCare Services from your mobile carrier or reseller, you can contact Apple to request a repair or get phone or chat support.
