Add contacts while using FaceTime on Mac
When you make or receive a FaceTime call from someone who’s not in your Contacts, FaceTime may make a suggestion about who it is and supply additional contact information so you can create a card for that person.
In the FaceTime app on your Mac, click the Info button (or use the Touch Bar) for a caller listed with just a phone number or email address.
If a call is labeled with “Maybe,” click Add To Contacts.
Enter the person’s information, then click Create.
You may not be able to add contacts if you’re restricted by communication limits in Screen Time.
