iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021, Four ports) Wi-Fi Antenna
Before You Begin
Remove the following parts before you begin:
Tools
Antenna tool
Nylon probe (black stick)
Support wedges
Torx T3 screwdriver
Removal
Use the T3 screwdriver to remove the three T3 screws (923-05574) from the Wi-Fi antenna.
Use the T3 screwdriver to remove the three T3 screws from the antenna grounding clips on the logic board.
Note: The T3 screw (923-05174) (1) closest to the connector is shorter than the other two T3 screws.

Use the antenna tool to lift the end of the Wi-Fi antenna cable from the connector on the logic board.
Use the black stick to peel the antenna cable tape from the housing.
Carefully lift the cable out of the channel in the speaker.
Remove the Wi-Fi antenna from the housing.
Reassembly
Route the Wi-Fi antenna cable as shown. Then press along the length of the antenna cable tape to adhere it to the housing.
Important: Ensure that the antenna cable tape covers the etched areas on the housing as shown.
Route the antenna cable around the adapter board.
Use the flat end of the antenna tool to press the end of the Wi-Fi antenna cable to the connector on the logic board.
Use the T3 screwdriver to reinstall the three T3 screws into the antenna grounding clips on the logic board.
Note: The T3 screw (923-05174) (1) closest to the connector is shorter than the other two T3 screws.

Use the T3 screwdriver to reinstall the three T3 screws into the Wi-Fi antenna.
Reinstall the following parts to complete reassembly:
