Xsan: Inconsistent or missing name server records could result in unexpected Xsan Admin behavior

Xsan Admin and the file system manager (fsm) for Xsan may exhibit unexpected behaviors such as: Being unable to reach some clients; commands to unmount volumes, add clients, or remove clients take an unexpectedly long period of time; status updates take longer than expected before allowing further user control.

Implement full name records in the domain name servers (DNS) for the local network. Both Address (A) and Pointer (PTR) records should be implemented for each interface, on each computer.
