Invite people to a calendar event on iCloud.com
You can invite people to any calendar event you create and keep track of their responses. You can also update event invitations at any time and send revised notifications to invitees via email.
Add invitees to an event
You can add new invitees at any time.
In Calendar on iCloud.com, tap an event to open it (if it isn’t open already).
Tap next to Invitees, then type one or more email addresses in the field. You can type multiple addresses by typing a comma after each one, or pressing Return or Enter.
Tap Done, then tap Save.
Edit or delete invitees
In Calendar on iCloud.com, tap the event to open it (if it isn’t open already).
In the event window, tap to the right of the invitee’s name, then do any of the following:
Change an email address: Choose Edit from the menu, then edit the email address.
Delete an invitee: Choose Remove.
To close the event, tap Save.
If you change an email address, an invitation is sent to that address when you tap OK.
Choose which email to use when you send event invitations
If you have more than one email address that you use with Calendar on iCloud.com, you can choose which email address to use when you send event invitations. For instance, you can use an email alias, a custom email domain or an email account from another service tied to your Apple ID.
In Calendar on iCloud.com, tap at the top of the sidebar, then choose Settings.
Tap Account, then tap the “Send invitations from” pop-up menu to choose an email address.
If you don’t see a pop-up menu, you only have one email set up with iCloud. To add another email, see Add and manage email aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com and Use a custom email domain with Mail on iCloud.com.
Invitation emails are sent to the people you invite. One of the following icons appears next to their names in the event:
