Movies with iTunes Extras have this badge on the item's product page on the iTunes Store. You can watch iTunes Extras with an Internet connection.

Make sure that you have a strong Internet connection
Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network and try again. If you're using an iPhone or iPad with a cellular connection, make sure that cellular data is turned on for the TV or Videos app in Settings.
Check to see if the movie has iTunes Extras
Not all movies come with iTunes Extras. To see if a movie that you bought has iTunes Extras, find it in your Purchases1 on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or in your iTunes Library on a Mac or PC. Tap or click the movie to see its details page. If a movie has iTunes Extras, you'll see an iTunes Extras badge.
If you didn't buy the high definition (HD) version of the movie, it won't have iTunes Extras. Learn about switching between SD and HD.
If you rented the movie, it also won't have iTunes Extras.

If you bought the movie before July 10, 2014
If you bought a movie with iTunes Extras before July 10, 2014, you might also be able to download a version of the original iTunes Extras (if available) from the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC with iTunes.
When you download iTunes Extras, they appear as a separate item in your Library.
1. To view your Purchases on your iOS device, open the iTunes Store app. Then, on your iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Purchased > Movies. On your iPad, tap Purchased > Movies. Tap a movie to go its details page.
