Send your Beats product to Apple for a service
After you’ve contacted Apple about a service, you’ll receive a kit that contains everything you need to return your product to Apple.
Before you return your original Beats product
Remove your Beats product from your Apple Account:
In the Find My app, select the Devices tab > your Beats product
Swipe up and tap Remove this Device, then tap Remove to confirm.
Pack your Beats product
When you pack your Beats product, don’t include anything else in the box — like wing tips, ear tips, charging cables or other accessories. If you do, they won’t be returned to you.
If you didn’t receive packing materials from Apple, skip this section and take your unpackaged Beats product to Australia Post for posting.
Beats headphones or earbuds and charging case
If you’re sending earbuds, place them into the charging case.
Place your Beats products in the white fibre bag.
In the postage box, open the cardboard insert, then place the bagged product in the base of the box and close the insert. Don’t place your Beats product in the box without opening the insert.
Close the postage box and seal it with the provided tape. Make sure the battery sticker has been pasted flat on the box and isn’t covered by tape or a postage label.
Beats Pill
If there’s a bag provided, place your Beats Pill in the bag before placing it in the box.
Make sure the battery sticker has been pasted flat on the box and isn't covered by tape or a shipping label.
Send your Beats product to Apple
From the email you’ve received from Apple, print the postage label from the “Repair status“ link.
Take your postage label and your product to Australia Post. Find the nearest Australia Post Office
If needed, Australia Post will package your Beats product and provide a receipt.
Keep the receipt to confirm that you’ve sent your Beats product for a service.
