How to send your ZEISS Optical Inserts in for replacement

Prepare your ZEISS Optical Inserts for packing and sending.

If you are returning your ZEISS Optical Inserts to Apple, make sure you only return the ZEISS Optical Inserts — do not return the pairing code that came with your packaging. Keep your pairing code in a safe place.*

* If your ZEISS Optical Inserts are replaced and you receive a new set of ZEISS Optical Inserts, discard your old pairing code and use the pairing code that comes with your new ZEISS Optical Inserts.

Prepare your ZEISS Optical Inserts

  1. Place your Apple Vision Pro inside its cover and set it on a level surface.

  2. With your thumb on the bottom edge of the frame, use the white finger scoop at the top of the frame to pull the ZEISS Optical Insert outwards away from the display.

  3. Slide the ZEISS Optical Insert into one of the compartments of the provided bag.

  4. Repeat for the second ZEISS Optical Insert, sliding it into the other compartment of the bag.

  5. Seal the bag with the adhesive strip and place the bag inside the padded envelope.

  6. Seal the envelope and send it to Apple.**

Send your ZEISS Optical Inserts to Apple from Australia

You will receive a kit that contains everything you need to return your product to Apple. Return your product to Apple using the recovery kit that you receive from Apple.

  1. Package your product. Don’t include other accessories in your package. If you include extra items, we will be unable to return them to you.

  2. Print the shipping label that Apple provided when you requested the service.

  3. Take your shipping label and packaged product to Australia Post. To find your nearest Australia Post Office, visit: auspost.com.au/locate/.

  4. Australia Post will provide you with a receipt to confirm the lodgement of your return.

  5. Check that Apple has received your product after a few days.

Warranty coverage for ZEISS Optical Insert replacements is provided by ZEISS. Neither Apple nor AppleCare+ provide repair or replacement services, including but not limited to accidental damage protection, for your ZEISS Optical Inserts.
