If your travel card balance won't update in Apple Wallet
When you use your travel card in Apple Wallet using Apple Pay and the balance won’t update, see what you can do.
First, restart your iPhone.
If your balance still hasn't updated and you can't see the charge in your transaction history:
On your iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap your travel card.
Tap the , then tap Card Details.
If you see the option, turn on Service Mode, then authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
To turn off Service Mode, tap your card.
If your balance won’t update when you add money to your travel card, check the recent transactions on the payment card that you used to add money to your travel card. If you can see the charge in your transaction history, the balance on your travel card may be correct, even if the balance in the Wallet app is displaying a different amount.
If these steps haven't worked, contact your travel card issuer.
