Before you send your iPod

  1. Back up your device.

  2. Remove your iPod from Find My.

Send your iPod to Apple

  1. From the email that you received from Apple, print the shipping label from the "Repair status" link.

  2. Take your shipping label and your iPod to Australia Post. Find the nearest Australia Post Office

Australia Post will package your iPod and provide a receipt. Don't include any accessories like a case, power adaptor or cables. If you do, they won’t be returned to you.

Keep the receipt to confirm you’ve sent your iPod for service. Apple is not responsible for any damage sustained during transit.
