About Express Replacement Service

  • With Express Replacement Service, Apple sends you replacement Beats earbuds or headphones first — so you don't have to wait for a repair.

  • After you get your replacement product, use the same box to send back your original Beats product right away. Apple must receive your original product within ten days after your replacement was shipped.

  • Your replacement product is covered for 90 days or the remainder of your original product warranty, whichever is longer. This coverage is in addition to any rights provided by consumer protection laws in your country or region or any AppleCare+ plan.

Find the shipping date of your replacement Beats product

Before you return your original Beats product

Remove your Beats product from your Apple Account: In the Find My app, select the Devices tab > your Beats product, then swipe up and tap Remove this Device. Tap Remove to confirm.

Ship your original Beats product to Apple

  1. Print the shipping label from the "Repair Status" link in the email that you received when your replacement Beats product was shipped.

  2. Take your shipping label and your original product (packed in its box) to Australia Post. Find the nearest Australia Post Office

Keep the receipt that Australia Post provides to confirm that you've returned your original Beats product.
