How to send your used part to Apple in the Asia-Pacific Region

You’ll receive a kit that contains your replacement Apple part and everything you need to return your used Apple part to Apple.

Important: Please return your used Apple part so that Apple receives it within 10 days of the date the replacement Apple part was sent. (Check your dispatch date). For more details, see terms and conditions.

Pack your used Apple part using the included packaging materials

Please use the envelope that contained your replacement part to pack your used part.

Send your used Apple part to Apple

Select your country or region:

Australia

  1. Attach the enclosed Australia postage label to the envelope over the original postage labels.

  2. Drop off your packaged Apple part at an Australia Post Office or box. To find your nearest Australia Post Office, visit: auspost.com.au/locate/.

Hong Kong

Your package will come with a pre-labelled Shun Feng flyer to send back your used Apple part.

  1. Place the sealed envelope into the Shun Feng flyer.

  2. Seal the Shun Feng flyer.

  3. Call Shun Feng Hong Kong Customer Service to arrange collection of your used part on +852-2730-0273 for next-day pickup, available Monday to Saturday. Advise Shun Feng that you are using a prepaid return service. The customer service agent will take your details and arrange a collection. You will be asked to provide the following details over the phone:

    • Your name

    • Pickup address

    • Pickup date

    • Contact phone number

    • Quantity (1)

    • Package contents (part)

  4. You will be prompted to prepare a custom invoice. Note that your custom invoice has been pre-printed for you. You will find it in the pouch of the Shun Feng flyer.

  5. Hand the packaged used Apple part to the Shun Feng courier.

Singapore

Your package will come with a pre-labelled DHL flyer to send back your used Apple part.

  1. Place the sealed envelope into the DHL flyer.

  2. Seal the DHL flyer.

  3. Call DHL Singapore Customer Service to arrange collection of your used Apple part on (+65) 6285 8888. Advise DHL that you are using a prepaid return service. The customer service agent will take your details and arrange a collection. You will be asked to provide the following details over the phone:

    • Your Name

    • Account Number (See your DHL Express Flyer)

    • Company Name: Apple

    • AWB Number (See your DHL Express Flyer)

    • Contents: Electronic product

    • Pick-up address and time

    • Contact phone number for pick-up

    • Number of pieces: 1

    • Weight: 1 kg

  4. Hand the packaged used Apple part to the DHL courier.
