Manage emails that you receive from Apple
You can update your Apple email subscription preferences by clicking unsubscribe in the email footer, or on the Apple Account page.
Sign in to account.apple.com.
Go to Privacy, then select Messages from Apple.
Tick the corresponding boxes of the emails you want to receive from Apple.
