Use Express Replacement Service for your HomePod or HomePod mini
With Express Replacement Service, you’ll receive a kit that has your replacement HomePod or HomePod mini and everything you need to send back your original product.
About Express Replacement Service
With Express Replacement Service, Apple will send you a replacement product first — so you don’t have to wait for a repair.
After you’ve received your replacement product, use the same box to send back your original HomePod straight away. Apple must receive your original product within 10 days after your replacement was sent.
Your replacement product is covered for 90 days or the remainder of your original product warranty, whichever is longer. This coverage is in addition to any rights provided by consumer protection laws in your country or region or any AppleCare+ plan.

Take postage label and your product to Australia Post. Find the nearest Australia Post Office
Australia Post will package your product. Make sure you don’t include anything else — such as a power adapter, a cable that isn’t attached to your product or other accessory. If you do, they won't be returned to you
Keep the receipt that Australia Post provides to confirm that you’ve returned your original product.
