Effects browser

A browser in Final Cut Pro that contains video and audio clip effects.

To open the Effects browser, do one of the following:

  • Choose Window > Show in Workspace > Effects (or press Command-5).

  • Click the Effects button in the top-right corner of the timeline.

You can type in the search field at the bottom of the Effects browser to quickly find the effect you’re looking for.
