On an iOS device, you can create a sketch in a note by drawing with your finger or Apple Pencil. Sketches appear in the Attachments Browser and are visible on all your devices where you use Notes. You can change how large sketches appear in notes. You can’t search the text in sketches, as you can with inline drawings.
