Set the color temperature of your display on your Mac
Use Night Shift to adjust the color temperature of your display to best suit your environment. Warmer screen colors are easier on your eyes when you use your Mac at night or in low-light conditions, while less warm screen colors are better to use in a bright space.
Note: To find out if your Mac supports Night Shift, see the Apple Support article Use Night Shift on your Mac.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Displays in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
Click the Night Shift button on the right, then drag the slider to change the color temperature Night Shift uses.
Thanks for your feedback.
