Change Users & Groups Sharing Only user preferences on Mac
To change these preferences, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Users & Groups, then select a Sharing Only user on the left.
Click the user picture to edit it, then select a new picture.
Instead of clicking the picture, you can drag an image file from the Finder onto the picture.
Click this button to change the sharing-only user’s password and password hint. To use the Password Assistant, click the key next to the Password field. See Tips for creating secure passwords.
Add and Remove
To add a new user or group, click the Add button , then enter the information for the new user or group. To delete a user or group, select it in the list, then click the Remove button . See Delete a user or group.
Locks or unlocks Users & Groups preferences. Click the lock icon to unlock it, then enter an administrator name and password.
To give a user permission to access your shared files or screen, you may need to change settings in the File Sharing, Screen Sharing, or Remote Management pane of Sharing preferences. See Set up file sharing and Share the screen of another Mac.
