View Notifications settings in Screen Time on Mac
Use Notifications settings in Screen Time to view statistics about how often you receive notifications from apps.
To view notifications statistics on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Screen Time in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu and choose a family member (if you’re a parent/guardian in a Family Sharing group), then click Notifications.
If you don’t see Notifications, you need to turn on Screen Time for the selected family member.
