Sign up with Fleetsmith
You can use Fleetsmith with G Suite and Office 365. After you sign up, you can create administrators to manage your devices.
Enroll with G Suite
You can use Fleetsmith with G Suite. Before you begin, make sure you have G Suite Read users permission in the G Suite Admin console. If you don’t have G Suite Read users permission, reach out to your G Suite Super Admin to enable it for you.
Go to https://www.fleetsmith.com/get-started, then click Sign Up With G Suite.
Enter your email address to sign in with Google, then click Allow to accept the permissions.
Enroll with Office 365
You can use Fleetsmith with Office 365. Before you begin, make sure that you:
Have Office 365 Global Administrator permissions
If you don’t currently have Office 365 Global Administrator permissions, reach out to your organization’s Office 365 Admin before attempting to sign up for Fleetsmith.
Are using Office 365 as your organization’s email service
Have an active Office 365 Exchange Online License

Go to https://www.fleetsmith.com/get-started, then click Sign Up With Office 365.
Select the account, read the terms and conditions, then click Accept.
If necessary, select the account again.
Enroll with a Fleetsmith account
You can use Fleetsmith with your organization’s email address (personal email addresses can’t be used). Fleetsmith accounts created through this method can’t automatically import users and must use .csv files to add users to their account.
Go to https://www.fleetsmith.com/get-started, then click Sign Up With Email.
Fill out your organization’s information, read the terms and conditions, fill out the CAPTCHA, then click Create Your Account.
After you sign up for Fleetsmith, there are two initial types of accounts: Owner and Admin.
Owner: A Fleetsmith owner is the user who created the account. The owner can’t be deleted or demoted by an admin in the Fleetsmith Admin Console. Any support requests to change the owner or delete your Fleetsmith account must be approved by the current owner. If you need to change an owner, contact Fleetsmith Support.
Admin: A Fleetsmith admin is a user who has been promoted to admin. Admins can sign in to their organization’s Fleetsmith Admin Console and have unrestricted access. Existing admins or the owner can add additional admins by promoting accounts with the role of users.
Fleetsmith accounts use password-less authentication for account creation and sign-in. Fleetsmith doesn’t collect or store a password, which means you sign in using only your email address.
If your Fleetsmith account was created with G Suite or Office 365, you use those accounts to sign in.
If you signed up for Fleetsmith with email rather than with G Suite or Office 365, Fleetsmith emails you a one-time link that will sign you in and take you to the Fleetsmith Admin Console. Every time you sign in to Fleetsmith with your email address you’ll receive an email with a dedicated sign-in link. This method is not only easier, it’s more secure. The sign-in link will only be active for one session and expires after one hour.
