Movies and TV shows with accessibility features are labeled with AD for audio descriptions, CC for closed captions, and SDH for subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing.
On your iPhone or iPad
Open the Apple TV app.
Tap Search and enter the name of a movie or TV show.
Tap the movie or TV show to go to its description page.
Check for closed captions (CC), subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing (SDH), or audio descriptions (AD).

On your Mac or on the web
Open the Apple TV app or go to tv.apple.com.
Use the search bar to find a movie or TV show.

Accessibility features in the Apple TV app
Accessibility features that are available in the Apple TV app include closed captions, subtitles, and audio descriptions. Availability of these features varies by country or region.
Closed-captions (CC) content is a visual transcription of a video's dialogue, as well as any non-verbal communication. CC content might also help identify the speaker in a video.
Subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing (SDH) content is similar to closed captions, but SDH content might be available in some situations where CC is not, and might be available in additional languages.
Audio-described (AD) content uses a spoken audio track to describe what's happening onscreen.
