Service is available for most issues. We'll let you know if we can repair your iPhone and tell you which service you can get.

Your replacement iPhone will be new or equivalent to new. If your original iPhone was damaged by accident or abuse, service might not be available.

Screen repair
When you request screen repair online or by phone, we’ll put a temporary authorization on your credit card for the out-of-warranty service fee. This covers the cost of repairing your screen and any possible additional damage. After we receive your iPhone, we’ll test it. If your iPhone has no damage other than the screen, we'll charge only the screen repair service fee. The Apple warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by accident or abuse.
Battery service
Your iPhone battery service might be covered by your warranty, an AppleCare plan, or consumer law. Otherwise, we offer out-of-warranty battery service.
Other services
Your iPhone might be eligible for other out-of-warranty services if it’s repairable. If it was severely damaged in an accident or it’s inoperable after unauthorized modifications, it’s not eligible. You might be able to use an incident of accidental damage if you have AppleCare+.
AppleCare+
If you have AppleCare+ and use an incident of accidental damage, you'll pay a service fee.
