Reset a Shared iPad passcode in Apple Business Manager
If a user forgets their Shared iPad passcode, you can reset it for them in Apple Business Manager. If federated authentication is configured, this doesn’t change their federated password.
When the user signs out of Shared iPad, they are asked to authenticate again using their federated authentication password, then enter the temporary passcode.
