How do I get my Apple Display fixed?
Apple offers many ways to get support and service for your Display. Choose the one that’s best for you. If you have questions about your Apple Display’s built-in video, audio, ports, or adapters, our support articles might help.
Contact us to get advice from an Apple Support expert. We’ll help you fix your issue or set up a repair. Before you contact us, be ready with your Apple Display’s serial number.

Contact us. We’ll give you shipping instructions for your Apple Display. We’ll repair it as quickly as possible.

How much will it cost?
There's no charge if the issue is covered under warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law. If your issue isn’t covered, the price depends on the type of repair. Ask your service representative for an estimate.
AppleCare+ for Apple Display extends your technical support and hardware coverage up to three years from your AppleCare+ purchase date. It also includes up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage. Each incident has a service fee, as shown. If you didn't buy AppleCare+ with your Apple Display, you can buy it within 60 days of your Apple Display purchase if your product isn't damaged.
The following prices are for Apple repairs with AppleCare+ accidental damage coverage.

These fees apply in the United States. All prices are in U.S. dollars ($) and are subject to tax.
Accidental damage to the Apple-branded stand and/or VESA mount used with your Apple-branded display will be treated as external enclosure-only accidental damage.

Apple Limited Warranty coverage
Our Limited Warranty covers your Apple Display and Apple-branded accessories against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought them. The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. See the warranty for complete details. You can check your warranty status online and update your proof-of-purchase information if there's an error in our records.
Repairs are considered out of warranty when:
- Your Apple Display is over one year old
- Your product has an issue that’s not covered under warranty or consumer law, like accidental damage or damage caused by unauthorized modifications
If your Apple Display needs a repair that isn't covered by warranty, we might be able to fix it for an out-of-warranty fee. Contact your service representative for details. The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
The Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product are covered by our warranty and consumer law. If you bought AppleCare+ for your Apple Display, you coverage includes these accessories, as well as the Apple-branded stand and/or VESA mount included with or purchased at the same time as your Apple Display. For service details, contact Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Get ready for service
Keep the accessories for your Apple Display when you get service, such as cables or adapters.
We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty or AppleCare+ coverage, whichever is longer. We offer this whenever you get service from us or from an Apple Authorized Service Provider. This does not affect your consumer law rights.
