Invite a course contributor in iTunes U for web
As the owner of a course, you can use the course Admin | Instructors pane to invite up to five other instructors, known as contributors, to help you develop, edit, and manage your course.
To invite a contributor to a managed course, both you and the contributor must be associated with the same organization in Apple School Manager or the contributor’s iTunes U Public Site Manager institution must be linked to your Apple School Manager organization.
Invite a contributor
In iTunes U for web, click Admin > Admin, then click Instructors for the course where you want to add contributors.
From the dashboard, click in the row for the course you want, then choose Instructors.
Click Add Contributor, enter the ID for the contributor you want to add to the course, then click Invite.
iTunes U adds the contributor to the course instructors list and sends the contributor an email invitation (if an email is associated with the account). Contributors are in a Pending status until they accept or decline your invitation. To access your course, contributors must sign in to iTunes U and accept your invitation.
Repeat step 2 for each contributor you want to add to the course.
Note: Contributors to your course have full access to the materials and student data for your course. As the content provider for your course, you are solely responsible for your contributors’ activity in the course and for ensuring that contributors treat this data responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
