Disconnect federation from a domain in Apple Business Essentials
If you no longer plan to use federated authentication with a domain, you can disconnect the domain. This process doesn’t affect the domain verification.
Note: You can’t disconnect from a federated domain if Apple Business Essentials is in the process of enabling federation or is within the 60 day Apple ID conflict resolution period.
Disconnect federation from a domain
In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator or People Manager.
Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, select Preferences
, then select Accounts
.
Select Edit next to Domains, then do one of the following:
If federated authentication is turned on, turn it off, then select OK.
If federated authentication isn’t turned on, select Disconnect, then select Disconnect.
