Arrange or delete apps on Apple Vision Pro
Learn how to arrange apps in Home View. You can also delete most built-in apps and any app you've downloaded from the App Store.
How to arrange apps on Apple Vision Pro
Open Home View with a gesture or by pressing the Digital Crown.
Look at the app that you want to move, then pinch and hold it to make the apps around it start to jiggle.
Drag the app to its new location, then let go. If you want to move the app to a different view, drag it to the left or right edge of Home View, then place the app in its new location and let go. You can also swipe quickly through pages in Home View: while pinching and holding an app with one hand, use the pinch-and-flick gesture to swipe left or right with your other hand.
Repeat for all the apps that you want to rearrange. When you're finished, tap the Done button at the top of Home View.
Manage the Compatible Apps folder
Home View includes Compatible Apps, a built-in folder containing apps designed for iPad and iPhone that you can use with Apple Vision Pro. Compatible apps are placed into this folder automatically when you download them.
Arrange apps within the Compatible Apps folder
Look at an app in the Compatible Apps folder, then pinch and hold until a menu appears.
Tap Edit Folder.
Pinch and hold the app that you want to move, drag it to its new location, then let go. If you want to move the app to a different view, drag it to the left or right edge of the folder, place the app in its new location, then let go. You can also swipe quickly through pages in the Compatible Apps folder: while pinching and holding an app with one hand, use the pinch-and-flick gesture to swipe left or right with your other hand.
Repeat for all the apps that you want to rearrange. When you're finished, tap the Done button in the top-right corner of the folder.
Move apps out of the Compatible Apps folder
Look at an app in the Compatible Apps folder, then pinch and hold until a menu appears.
Tap Add to Home View. The app moves from the Compatible Apps folder to the first open spot in Home View.
To move an app back into the Compatible Apps folder, look at the app, then pinch and hold until a delete button appears on the app icon. Tap the delete button, then tap Remove from Home View.
How to delete apps from Apple Vision Pro
Open Home View with a gesture or by pressing the Digital Crown.
Look at the app that you want to delete, then pinch and hold.
Tap Remove App.
Tap Delete to confirm.
Use the App Store if you want to reinstall any apps that you've deleted.
If you can't delete an app
Some built-in visionOS apps can't be deleted. If you follow the steps above and Remove App doesn't appear above the app you want to delete, that means the app can't be deleted.
If you have visionOS 1.1 or later, you can delete these apps:
