iTunes Store: Windows XP SP2 unable to connect

Symptoms

You might notice that the iTunes Store is empty and has no content on a PC with Windows XP.

 

Resolution

 

To resolve this issue, update your computer to Windows XP SP3. For more information about updating your Windows operating system, go to Microsoft's Service Pack and Update Center
