Mountain Lion, Mail: Exchange account messages may temporarily not appear
Messages in your Exchange inbox or other Exchange mailboxes may not appear as expected.
As a workaround:
- Quit Mail and then open it again.
- While Mail is checking for new Exchange messages, do not select any other mailboxes--allow Mail to finish downloading and indexing your messages before you select another mailbox.
You can choose Window > Activity to monitor progress.
