Symptoms
The new Photo Stream button may not display, and the Shared Photo Stream folder may appear empty when opening Photo Stream from the Applications menu in Windows Vista after installing iCloud Control Panel 2.0 or later.
Resolution
To see shared streams that you've created or subscribed to from your other devices in Windows Vista after installing iCloud Control Panel 2.0 or later, follow these steps:
- Click the Windows Start button.
- Click Pictures.
- This will open a new Windows Explorer window.
- Click Photo Stream under Favorite Links in the sidebar.
You should see a new Windows Explorer window displaying folders for My Photo Stream and Shared Photo Streams. Open the Shared Photo Streams folder to see any shared streams that you have created or subscribed to. Learn how to Use and troubleshoot Shared Photo Streams.
