After setting up an Apple Server Diagnostics NetBoot image for Mac mini Server (Mid 2011), NetBoot may not complete when you try to NetBoot a Mac mini Server by holding down the F1 key at startup.

Resolution

Download and install the Mac mini EFI Firmware Update 1.4.
