Lion Server: Unable to use Bluetooth Keyboard in Server Assistant

Symptoms

When you are setting up a new Mac mini Server or Mac Pro with Lion Server via Server Assistant, you may notice that you can pair a Bluetooth mouse or trackpad with the server, but you cannot pair a Bluetooth keyboard in Lion Server v10.7 or 10.7.1.

Resolution

For Lion Server v10.7 and 10.7.1 only: Connect a USB keyboard to complete the Server Assistant or use Server app on another OS X Lion system to complete the setup remotely. After your server setup is complete, you can pair a Bluetooth keyboard with it.

Lion Server v10.7.2 and later can be set up with a Bluetooth keyboard.
