Nikon D7000 RAW images shot in Multi Exposure mode have a magenta cast

Symptoms

Some images shot with a Nikon D7000 camera may display a strong magenta cast.

Resolution

This issue only occurs with RAW images shot in Multi Exposure mode on the D7000. 

To disable Multiple Exposure mode:

  1. Press the menu button on the D7000 camera.
  2. Highlight Multiple Exposure in the Shooting Menu.
  3. Set Multiple Exposure to Off.
