In some cases, when accessing the Help menu within an Apple application or on the web, the Help Viewer or web browser displays a blank page or a message stating that JavaScript is disabled.

Follow these steps to fix this issue in Apple applications:

  1. Close the Help Viewer.
  2. From the Finder, choose Go > Home.
  3. Open the Library folder.
  4. Open the Preferences folder.
  5. In the Preference folder, drag the "" file to the Trash.
  6. Reopen the Help Viewer.

Note: When viewing Help content on the web, make certain the browser's JavaScript is enabled.
