Symptoms

Mail may be unable to send message attachments via your Exchange 2007 (EWS) account. The Exchange server may limit the size of attachments that can be sent with Mail messages.

Resolution

Refer your Exchange administrator to this Microsoft support article for information about how to adjust this setting, so that attachments can be sent.
