MobileMe: Alert when uploading large movie to MobileMe Gallery
Symptoms
When uploading a large movie to MobileMe Gallery from your web browser at http://www.me.com/gallery, you may see the following alert after a few minutes:
"Unable to connect to MobileMe. We are unable to connect to MobileMe. This might be a problem with your internet connection or MobileMe's servers are temporarily unavailable."

Resolution
This alert can erroneously appear when you are successfully connected to the MobileMe servers. When this alert appears, first verify that you are still connected to the Internet. If so, simply leave the alert on the screen and do not click the Reload button; your movie will continue to upload in the background.
After several minutes have elapsed, check your publicly visible Gallery page at http://gallery.me.com/membername to determine when the movie has completed uploading. Depending on the size of your movie and your upload speed, it may take several minutes to a few hours to finish uploading.
Note: This alert will also correctly appear when you have lost your network connection during an upload. If your connection was interrupted, you will need to try uploading the movie again.
If you are on a Mac, you can upload movies to your Gallery using iMovie '08 or later, or QuickTime X Player.
