iOS: Unable to locate Microsoft Exchange email attachment

Symptoms

A Microsoft Exchange email attachment may not be visible after tapping "Download full message" on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

Tap "Download full message" If you exit and return, attachment is not available.

 

This occurs only if you tap "Download full message" and exit the screen before the download completes. 

Resolution

To resolve this issue, upgrade your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to iOS 5 or later.
