Apple Remote Desktop 3.x: Client issues when User Accounting is enabled

Symptoms
The Remote Desktop agent may stop working on a Mac OS X v10.5-based client when User Accounting is enabled.
Messages such as the following may appear in the system.log:
com.apple.launchd[211] (com.apple.RemoteDesktop.agent[88425]) Exited abnormally: Segmentation fault
Resolution
- Download and install Apple Remote Desktop v3.3 or later. ARD 3.3 should be installed on both the client and admin.
- Select the client in the list and open the Get Info window.
- Under the Reporting tab, deselect (uncheck) User Accounting.
Do not re-enable User Accounting on the client.
