Soundtrack Pro: Effect tail not included in exported file

Symptoms

If your Soundtrack Pro multitrack project includes effects that continue to sound after the end of a clip (such as delay or reverb effects), the effect tail may not be included when you export to MP3 or AAC/podcast file formats. Other formats such as AIFF or WAV should include the effect tail.

Resolution

To make sure the effect tail is included in the exported file, position the playhead after the end of the effect tail and choose Mark > Set End of Project before you export the project.
