MobileMe: "Export vCard..." greyed out at the MobileMe contact page with Internet Explorer

Symptoms

When using Internet Explorer 7 or 8 at the MobileMe contact page, the "Export vCard..." menu option will appear greyed out.

Resolution

The Export vCard feature is not available when using Internet Explorer 7 or 8. 

Use Safari 3.1 or later or Firefox 3 or later to use the Export vCard. 

Or, you can sync your contacts from MobileMe to your computer with MobileMe Sync.  To get started, refer to the MobileMe setup page.
