Logic Pro 9: Number of recent items sometimes resets to 10

Symptoms

Logic Pro 9 lists the 20 most recently opened projects under File > Open Recent... Sometimes the number of recent items listed there may be reduced to 10.

Resolution

Opening Logic Pro 8.0.2 truncates the recent items list to 10. The recent items list will grow to the maximum of 20 again as you open additional projects in Logic 9.
